Returns & Exchanges

New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

If your item has been customized in any way, such as with paint or a stain, it cannot be returned or refunded. 

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order, and will exclude all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are processed after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your item(s). This processing time typically takes 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3 days until the credit is visible on your credit card statement. 

Damaged Items

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage,  please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@easybreezyporchswings.com and we will process a claim on your behalf. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

Cancellations

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. 

Assembly 

Swings are easily assembled in 15 to 20 minutes. No staples are used; only zinc plated screws and galvanized bolts are used in building the glider. 

Clear, step-by-step instructions will be included in your shipment.

Your item's assembly hardware will also arrive in your shipment. If you need any assistance with assembly, please email support@easybreezyporchswings.com. We respond to emails during business hours Monday thru Friday.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S.

Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Most of our items ship within 10 days of ordering; some items ship within 5 business days.  

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a FedEx tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry. You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

We do not ship to PO boxes.
