Swing beds hung by natural materials, such as rope, can be difficult to keep evenly hung over time. That's because of the rope's natural tendency to stretch. Four Oak's EZ Adjust Hanging Kit provides the perfect solution and and easy fix to this problem. 

The EZ Adjust Bed Swing Hanging Kit allows you to hand-tie an eye-splice (a method of creating a permanent loop in the end of a rope by means of rope splicing) into 4 lengths of rope. Then, a short length of ¼-inch high grade steel chain is added, plus a steel snap hook (carabiner) to each rope.

By adding chain at the end of the rope, it makes hanging and adjusting your bed swing much easier than trying to untie and tie a knot. It also makes the bed swing movable from outside to inside or wherever you would like to move it to and from.

The eye-splice is one of the only knots that maintains more that 95% of the ropes original strength.

The standard size Manila rope that is used is 1-inch in diameter. Whereas most people provide only ¾-inch rope, we think that the 1-inch rope is much more attractive and proportional to the bed swing, not to mention a much higher safe working load limit.

Assembly 

This product requires no assembly. Hanging instructions will be included with shipment. 

When installing your swing bed, it is ideal to allow a clearance of 1.5-feet or more in front and back of bed swing and 1-foot on each side.

Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Total turnaround for production and shipping is approximately 10 to 12 weeks. 

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

If your item is too large for FedEx or UPS Ground, it will be sent freight, otherwise known as a "Less than Truck Load" (LTL). This is a curbside delivery service. The meaning of curbside delivery is the driver will drop the pallet to the nearest of your street curbside.
