FedEx may need information that only the person receiving the package can confirm, such as delivery availability, access details, or specific delivery instructions.
Because of that, the fastest way to get certain delivery issues resolved is often by connecting directly with FedEx — and we’re sharing the steps below to make that process as easy as possible.
Step 1: Find Your FedEx Tracking Number
Once your order ships, you will receive a FedEx tracking number.
You can usually find it in:
- Your shipping confirmation email
- Your order updates
- Your Easy Breezy Porch Swings order information

Step 2: Enter Your Tracking Number on FedEx
Visit the FedEx tracking page:
https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/
Enter your tracking number and select “Track.”
This will show you the most current information available about your shipment.
Step 3: Review Your Shipment Status
Once you open your tracking information, look for:
- Current package location
- Estimated delivery date
- Recent tracking updates
- Any messages or alerts from FedEx

If your package is delayed or needs additional assistance, FedEx may provide an option to open a support case directly from your tracking page.
To check:
- Enter your tracking number on FedEx
- Review your shipment details
- Select Manage Delivery
- If available, choose Start Support Ticket
- Complete the requested information
FedEx may ask for details that only the recipient can provide, such as delivery preferences or availability.
Once created, FedEx will provide a case number (often beginning with “C-”). Keep this number handy for future updates.
Step 5: Contact FedEx Customer Service Directly
If your package is delayed, requires special delivery instructions, or you need additional information that isn't available online, contacting FedEx directly is often the fastest solution.
You can reach FedEx Customer Service by calling:
1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) or 1.866.FXF.4LTL
When prompted by the automated system:
- Say "Track" to get shipment updates
- Say "Customer Service" to be connected with support
- You can also stay on the line to speak with a FedEx representative
Having your tracking number ready before calling will help speed up the process.
In many situations, FedEx representatives can provide additional delivery details, update delivery preferences, or help investigate delays more quickly than online tracking alone.
Step 6: Has Your Tracking Not Updated in Several Days?
If your package has not shown any movement or updates for several days, please reach out to us.
