Most of our porch swings and swing beds are made to order. Free standard shipping varies between 7-10 business days and 6-8 weeks, depending on the product and finish. Estimated lead times are always listed on each product page and we follow-up on every order with a more precise shipping timeline. Our cushion production time is typically 2-3 weeks, depending on the product you choose. 

Yes! We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States.

Free shipping applies to the contiguous U.S. only. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska requires a custom quote — just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged, please note it at delivery and take a few photos. Email them to support@easybreezyporchswings.com, and our team will take care of the rest. We always make everything right.

Yes. Shop Pay may allow you to split your purchase into installments, depending on eligibility. Available options will appear at checkout.

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.

New, unused, unassembled items in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, email support@easybreezyporchswings.com.

No. Items with custom paint, stain, or special finishes are made specifically for you and are non-returnable. If there is something wrong with your order or if damage has occurred in shipping, we will make it right so that you are 100% satisfied. 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

No. Your swing or cushion set includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Our optional SwingCare™ or CushionCare™ Protection Plan provides extended care beyond the standard warranty.

We don’t offer in-home installation, but we provide detailed instructions and resources to help you find a qualified local installer if needed. Please check our Installation Guide for more support. 

Yes. All swings and swing beds include clear, step-by-step installation instructions, along with guidance on proper hanging hardware and safety.

Yes — swing beds are ideal for covered porches and outdoor living spaces. For best longevity, we recommend protection from prolonged exposure to heavy weather. Poly porch swings and swing beds are able to withstand exposure to weather and sun for a very long time. 

Yes. Our swings and swing beds are made with durable, outdoor-ready materials designed to perform in real outdoor environments. Our cushions are made with outdoor-grade Sunbrella fabric, which is designed to withstand moisture and UV damage, plus Sunbrella offers a 5-year fabric guarantee. 

All outdoor materials naturally age over time, but proper placement and care can significantly extend the life and appearance of your swing. Use our wood and materials guide to help you choose the right material for your swing. 

Routine care depends on the material. In general, keeping your swing clean, sealing natural wood when recommended, and bringing cushions indoors during heavy weather will help preserve comfort and appearance. Our cushions come with zippered covers so they can be machine washed. Do not place outdoor cushions in the dryer.
