I am just so disappointed in the quality of this item. The “stain resistant” fabric was full of stains by day 2, the fabric is so thin that I can see the seam allowances through it, and there is absolutely nothing water resistant about the fabric or the cushions. They stay wet for days after it rains - DAYS!! When I came back to read the description and saw all the wonderful outdoor features it claims to have, I HAVE to wonder if they somehow confused my order with something to be used indoors. An indoor mattress with a plain old sheet would function the same way, albeit poorly for outdoor use. This was a total waste of money as I’m already in search of a replacement after a couple of weeks.
Very pleased. Pre-Order support was excellent answering my questions promptly. The swing is well made - appears to be high quality and it looks great. Very easy to assemble. Before ordering I asked if I could upgrade the hardware to stainless steel & they told me that it's now standard. I recommend buying their hooks. They are specially designed for use with the swing. They need to be anchored very well because the swing is heavy and with a couple of bigger adults the total could easily reach 400 lbs. I wouldn't use anything smaller than ⅜ inch diameter lag bolts or through bolts into strong beam or joist. I'm super happy with the end result. Highly recommend.
The swing bed cushions and pillows are beautiful and great quality. I can’t wait for my swing to be ready and put the cushions on! I was kept informed during the whole process, which I appreciate.

After filing a complaint, we finally received our fabric swatch. Although it was frustrating at the time, it was probably the best thing that could have happened. We ordered an 8 inch, corded, queen sized cushion / mattress. The communication on expectations and delivery was top notch. Our cushion / mattress even arrived earlier than originally expected. We have had it about a year and I can't say enough wonderful things about our mattress and our experience. We spend time on our swing every day and we couldn't be more thrilled with our purchase. The swing is beautiful, and it was very easy to put together. I thought the slats being connected together, so that you can just lay it on top of the ridges on the swing frame, was very well thought out and made the process easier. The swing is sturdy, the hardware for where it was supposed to, and the ropes are nice. The only challenge is getting the swing perfectly level.
The porch swing is exactly as pictured and expected. Great quality, perfect hardware and super cozy cushions.

So happy we chose this small business. The swings are great quality and very comfortable.The swings came sooner than expected. We thought a set of the chains were missing so we reached out. The customer service was great and promised to mail some right out. We eventually found them in the packaging and called them immediately. Just very friendly and supportive.
Cover fit well. Packaging for shipment was my biggest disappointment. Box was ripped on one side and the cover was exposed to dirt/grime. I don’t know why it wasnt wrapped in the heavy plastic bag that was folded in the bottom of the box.
