My experience was great. It’s a bit nerve wracking spending this amount of money without actually touch feeling sitting on it first. Appreciate the emails and follow up! You can tell your level of service is above all the others.

So happy we chose this small business. The swings are great quality and very comfortable.The swings came sooner than expected. We thought a set of the chains were missing so we reached out. The customer service was great and promised to mail some right out. We eventually found them in the packaging and called them immediately. Just very friendly and supportive.
Cover fit well. Packaging for shipment was my biggest disappointment. Box was ripped on one side and the cover was exposed to dirt/grime. I don’t know why it wasnt wrapped in the heavy plastic bag that was folded in the bottom of the box.
Product is great, but packaging was terrible. Heavy plastic bags were flat in the box and the cushions weren’t put inside the plastic, they were just squeezed into a box that was too small and then busted along one side. Thankfully the cushions don’t appear damaged, but I did find some smudging in one area- hopefully i can clean it off
Everything was clear and streamlined. I had a question that was quickly answered, so I could proceed with my order very efficiently.
I bought the twin mattress sized swing and it arrived and was perfect and is super comfortable. Easy to track, easy delivery, called so they could leave it and I didn't need to be home which was super helpful.

Beautiful well made product. I couldn’t be anymore happy with the swing cushion set I purchased! In hind sight I should have gone with a slightly darker color, but that’s on me. The service was fantastic and they made me feel like part of the family!

Sent me pictures of the fabric etc. I ordered, over the phone. My swing cushions are absolutely beautiful and very classy. Hidden zippers, gorgeous cording, lush and cushiony. The matters was thick. I'm so happy.
