Rope Hanging Kit Includes:

• Rope: Our 1" Natural Manila Rope Hanging Kit comes ready to hang you Swing Bed with the installation method of your choice.
• Each rope is started at the top with a loop for a picture-perfect look. This is the perfect choice for an organic feel. 
• 4 - Pre-cut rope lengths with a strong interwoven loop at the top.
• Ends are prepped for creating a knot that will hold the swing in place.
• Instructions for installing hanging method in the swing.
• Note: The lifespan of natural manila rope can be reduced in damp regions. 

Chain Hanging Kit Includes:

• Chain: Choose from 3 different types of chains (zinc, galvanized or stainless-steel)
• 4 - Pre-cut chain lengths
• Detent pin for securing chain in Swing Bed
• Stainless steel carabiner clip for securing excess chain.
• Instructions for installing hanging method in the swing.

Returns & Exchanges

Each swing bed frame, cushion bundle and seasonal cover is custom made to your order specifications, so we are unable to accept returns. 

This manufacturer warrants the fabrication of their Swing Bed frame and exclusively fabricated accessories. As such, the manufacturer agrees to repair or replace, or cause to be repaired or replaced, any part of the Swing Bed frame which may prove to be defective in workmanship or materials, within a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. Ordinary wear and tear, acts of God, building structural integrity, non-licensed installation, corrosive agents and unusual abuse or neglect is excluded. All fasteners should be inspected annually to insure they continue to be properly tightened. Warranties expressed from the manufacturer are made part of this warranty.

Assembly 

Some assembly is required. Simple assembly instructions arrive with your bed frame. All you need to assemble this frame is a large flat head screwdriver. If you need any assistance with assembly, please email support@easybreezyporchswings.com. We respond to emails during business hours Monday thru Friday.

We recommend hiring a professional contractor to make sure the swing is properly secured.

Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Most of our items ship within 6-7 weeks and are custom-made for each order. 

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

If your item is too large for FedEx or UPS Ground, it will be sent freight, otherwise known as a "Less than Truck Load" (LTL). This is a curbside delivery service. The meaning of curbside delivery is the driver will drop the pallet to the nearest of your street curbside. 

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Large frames and cushions normally ship via LTL truck freight. You should be contacted by the carrier to make an appointment for delivery. You should document any damage on the deliver receipt before signing. Also, if you refuse the delivery due to significant damage, contact us immediately for replacement arrangements. Most smaller frames and cushions will ship via UPS Ground.
