Our mattresses are filled with densified fiber and wrapped polyester batting. Densified fiber is a durable, water-repellent cushion filling ideal for both outdoor and indoor use. Made from a blend of polyester fibers formed into a mold-resistant slab that retains its shape and resists mildew, this material boasts excellent drainage and long-lasting performance, making it the go-to choice for custom outdoor cushions, trusted by manufacturers and loved by customers for years.

Will there be any seams in the mattress cushion? 

• For sizes crib, twin, twin XL and full, there will be no fabric seam. For sizes queen or king, the seam will either be one long seam at the back (covered by your back cushions) about 6 inches (queen) from the back of your mattress cushions or one along each side (about 13 inches in) that would be covered by your bolsters. We recommend side seams for the king mattresses. 

What sizes are available for the Sunbrella Swing Bed Mattress & Cushion Set?

• For crib, twin, twin XL, and full-size mattresses, the fabric will be seamless. For queen and king sizes, seams may will be present because Sunbrella fabric is made in 54 inch rolls. As a result, you’ll either see: 
  • A single horizontal seam along the back (approximately 6" from the edge of your back cushions on queen size), or
  • A seam along each side (about 13" in), discreetly hidden beneath your bolster pillows. 
• For king-size mattresses, we recommend the side seam option for the most polished and balanced look.

What is the thickness of the mattress?

• The mattress comes in thicknesses of 4", 5", 6", 8", or 10". The choice of thickness depends on personal comfort preferences and the desired look.

Is the fabric durable for outdoor use?

• Yes, the cushions are made from premium Sunbrella fabric, known for its durability and resistance to fading, mildew, and mold. This makes them ideal for outdoor use, as they can withstand various weather conditions. Sunbrella warrants their fabric for 5 years. 

How do I clean and maintain the cushions?

• Cleaning is straightforward; simply wash with mild soap and water, then rinse with a hose. The Sunbrella fabric is designed to resist stains and is easy to maintain. 

Are the cushion covers removable?

• Yes, the cushion covers are removable with zippers, allowing for easy cleaning or replacement. This feature adds to the convenience of maintaining the cushions. 

Can I customize the color of the cushions?

• Yes, the cushions are available in a variety of colors to match your outdoor decor. You can choose from a range of Sunbrella fabric colors to personalize your swing bed cushions. We only list a fraction of the available fabrics. If you don't see the fabric you'd like listed, simply reach out and we'll let you know if we have it in stock.
