Returns & Exchanges

If you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered! New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just email us at support@easybreezyporchswings.com to start the process, including creating your return shipping label for you and suggesting the best carrier. While you’ll be responsible for return shipping, we’re here to help guide you every step of the way.

Please note that customized items—such as those with special paint or stain finishes—are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded. We hope you understand!

Assembly 

This product requires minimal assembly. Hanging instructions will be included with shipment. 

  • Once you have received your swing bed, we recommend that  installation be completed by a licensed contractor. The Lag Eye Bolts (provided in hardware pack) must be installed in structural ceiling joists, as they will be what the ropes feed through to hold the swing to the ceiling. It is important to properly complete this portion for swing to be installed safely.
  • Included in your order are sturdy hooks and enough 1-inch manila rope for a ceiling height of 10 feet.
  • Screws to attach the bed swing frame parts and assembly instructions are provided.
  • Average assembly time is 15 minutes.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S. This item is shipped  using FedEx Ground. The swing will arrive in two flat boxes.

Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Total turnaround for production and shipping is approximately 4 weeks. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch.
