Easy Breezy is not responsible for:

• Improper installation, hanging, or securing of the swing bed
• Use of the swing bed beyond its intended design (e.g., overloading, jumping, rough use)
• Modifications made to the product after delivery
• Failure to re-stain, maintain, or inspect the swing bed over time

3. Installation Responsibility

The swing bed must be installed into a properly supported structure capable of bearing the full weight of the bed, its occupants, and dynamic load from swinging motion. Easy Breezy does not inspect or install hanging structures and cannot verify the suitability of your chosen location.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to:

• Confirm structural support
• Use the included hardware as directed 
• Periodically inspect the ropes, hooks, and frame for wear or loosening

If you are unsure about installation or load-bearing capacity, we recommend that you consult a qualified contractor.

4. Weight & Use Limitations

5. Weather, Wear & Maintenance

Because this is a natural wood product intended for outdoor use, regular maintenance is required to preserve its condition. Wood exposed to moisture, UV rays, and temperature fluctuation must be sealed and re-treated as instructed.

Neglecting regular maintenance (e.g., staining, inspection, tightening hardware) may compromise structural safety over time.

• The swing bed requires about two hours of time to build. The kit comes with very comprehensive, step-by-step instructions and images to easily guide you in this process. 

How do I maintain the swing bed over time?

• To maintain its beauty and durability, we suggest you reapply stain or paint every few years as needed. If you live in an area with harsh winters, using a protective cover can help preserve its finish.

What is your return policy for this swing bed?

• We are able to process a return or exchange within 30 days of ordering. Simply ship back the order and we will process your repayment within 5 business days. This item must be unassembled in order to qualify for a return or exchange.

If you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered! New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Most of our items ship within 10 days of ordering; some items ship within 5 business days.  

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a FedEx tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

We do not ship to PO boxes.
