We Ordered the Wrong Cushion Size. What Should We Do?

We understand that measuring outdoor furniture can be confusing, and mistakes can happen. We're here to help you find the best solution.

If your cushions have not yet been unboxed.

Please contact us immediately. In some cases, we may be able to work with you on an exchange before the cushions have been handled.

If your cushions have been unboxed or installed

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept them back for exchange.

Because our cushions are custom made and shipped vacuum-sealed, return shipping costs are extremely high. In addition, once a cushion has been removed from its packaging, we can no longer sell it as new, even if it appears to be in excellent condition. Most customers expect to receive factory-fresh cushions, and opened products often cannot be resold.

To help make things right, we are happy to manufacture a replacement cushion set in the correct size at our cost, rather than charging full retail pricing. This allows us to share the financial burden while providing you with the cushions you need.

I Ordered the Wrong Fabric or Don't Like the Color. What Are My Options?

Choosing fabric online can be difficult. While we make every effort to accurately represent our fabrics through photography and descriptions, colors can vary depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

For this reason, we strongly encourage ordering fabric samples before placing your cushion order.

If you've received your cushions and decide the fabric isn't right for your space

You do not need to purchase an entirely new cushion set.

Instead, we offer replacement covers only, allowing you to keep your existing foam inserts while updating the fabric.

Replacement cover pricing is listed below.

This option is significantly more affordable and environmentally responsible than replacing the entire cushion set.


Why Can't You Accept Returns on Opened Cushion Covers?

Unlike many standard retail products, our cushions are made specifically for each order.

Once a cushion cover has been installed or removed from its packaging, it often shows signs of handling or stretching, even if it has never been used outdoors. Because of this, most returned covers cannot be sold to another customer as new.

Accepting these returns would result in substantial waste and increased costs for all customers.

Instead, we've chosen to offer replacement products at our cost whenever possible—a solution that helps our customers while allowing us to continue offering handcrafted, made-to-order cushions at fair prices.
