Returns & Exchanges

If you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered! New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just email us at support@easybreezyporchswings.com to start the process, including creating your return shipping label for you and suggesting the best carrier. While you’ll be responsible for return shipping, we’re here to help guide you every step of the way.

Assembly 

Swing arrives fully assembled. We recommend hiring a professional contractor/installer to install your swing.

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S.

• Signature required for delivery.
• Cushions and/or rope may ship separately.

Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Most of our items ship within 6-8 weeks and are custom-made for each order. 

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

If your item is too large for FedEx or UPS Ground, it will be sent freight, otherwise known as a "Less than Truck Load" (LTL). This is a curbside delivery service. The meaning of curbside delivery is the driver will drop the pallet to the nearest of your street curbside. 

We do not ship to PO boxes.
