If you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered! New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. While you’ll be responsible for return shipping, we’re here to help guide you every step of the way.

Assembly 

Some assembly is required. Swing arrives partially assembled with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and hardware. It will take approximately 30-45 minutes to assemble. If you need any assistance with assembly, please email support@easybreezyporchswings.com. We respond to emails during business hours Monday thru Friday.

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S.

Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Most of our items ship within 4-6 weeks and are custom-made for each order. 

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

If your item is too large for FedEx or UPS Ground, it will be sent freight, otherwise known as a "Less than Truck Load" (LTL). This is a curbside delivery service. The meaning of curbside delivery is the driver will drop the pallet to the nearest of your street curbside.
