The rope on this swing is made from ProManila, which is a stronger and lighter alternative to natural Manila rope. The polypropylene yarns used to make the ProManila rope are of the highest strength, quality, and flexibility that can easily hold knots making it a perfect roping product for land or sea. Pro Manila will not rot or shrink when it gets wet like manila will. It is smoother to the touch and will not shed or peel like the natural manila can.

• It includes Pro-Manila rope and pulley brackets for hanging. The ideal ceiling height is 8′, but it can also work between 7′6″ and 11′ using chain adjustments. The hanging kit (pulley) can be purchased for an additional fee. 

What maintenance is required?

• This swing is virtually maintenance-free. It cleans easily with mild soap and water, and features UV-stabilized coloring and stainless steel hardware to prevent rust and ensure longevity.

What warranty is included and how does shipping work?

• A limited lifetime residential warranty is included. Free shipping is available within the continental U.S.; most orders ship within 2-4 weeks, with freight handling for heavier pieces.

If you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered! New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This product requires a minimal amount of assembly. Clear, step-by-step instructions will be included in your shipment. Your item's assembly hardware will also arrive in your shipment. We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders shipped within the Continental U.S.

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

If your item is too large for FedEx or UPS Ground, it will be sent freight, otherwise known as a "Less than Truck Load" (LTL). This is a curbside delivery service. The meaning of curbside delivery is the driver will drop the pallet to the nearest of your street curbside.
