If you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered! New, unused, unassembled, and resalable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just email us at support@easybreezyporchswings.com to start the process, including creating your return shipping label for you and suggesting the best carrier. While you’ll be responsible for return shipping, we’re here to help guide you every step of the way.

Please note that customized items—such as those with special paint or stain finishes—are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded. We hope you understand!

This product requires a minimal amount of assembly. Clear, step-by-step instructions will be included in your shipment. Your item's assembly hardware will also arrive in your shipment. If you need any assistance with assembly, please email support@easybreezyporchswings.com. We respond to emails during business hours Monday thru Friday.

Please make note of your item's unique shipping timeframe as you check out. Most of our items ship within 10 days of ordering; some items ship within 5 business days.  

PLEASE NOTE: Cushion sets are handmade in the US. They ship separately from swing frame.

Your item(s) will be shipped using FedEx or UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a FedEx tracking number once your order ships. Depending on the size and weight of your items, your order may be delivered curbside or at your home's nearest point of entry.  You will be responsible for moving your item(s) into your home or onto your porch. 

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Allow enough room for the swing to move comfortably. Remember to leave 1.5 to 2 feet of space behind your swing.

Check Ceiling Height

Confirm your entire ceiling height from floor to ceiling before ordering your rope or chain. We will calculate the space between the floor and the bottom of your swing.

Confirm Support

Make sure you have a structural beam or joist suitable for hanging. You will need to hang your swing from a joist or beam, never from drywall.

Choose Your Size

Pick the size that fits both your space and how you’ll use it. Choose a swing that is neither too small nor too big.
